I use the backdrop in a basement portrait studio. It's lightweight and easy for one person to manage and does everything it's supposed to do, which is essentially hang there and be black. It's a nice deep color and absorbs the light well, giving a nice solid background to portraits in spite of it's light weight construction. There's plenty of length to it to cover the floor as well for full shots as well as head and shoulders. The wrinkles are taking a little while to relax out however but I'm sure they will. Being lightweight and coming with it's own zippered bag it should be easy to take on location when needed.

This worked really well for my purposes. It is a little thin, but not bad.
It is so long! 24' is plenty of space for a small studio.
It was very wrinkly, but I used a steamer on it and the wrinkles came right out.

Quality is there, the original wrinkles come out extremely easily, the color doesn't bleed so if you need to spot treat a trouble area with steam no worries about losing color regularity.

Came in their background stand package (which also comes with clips, whic I always need in all sizes). Package saves $$$ Since I needed both things. It's lightweight, super black, no seams, folds up nicely. Like it a lot. Great for full body portraits. No complaints here!

It's really just a big black sheet with a loop for the cross bar in one end. The size is great, plenty big to fill the frame. It's too thin to be used a s a black out drape if you have a window or door behind it but no problems otherwise.

Product is used as a basic backdrop for a small corporate studio used for developing technical training.
One thing that would have been good to know.....is that the curtain was designed to originally hang by the 10' side. After an extra $25 and a seamstress, the curtain now hangs along the 24' length, which is much more useful for me.
In the end for just over $200 I have a great back drop that is portable, and just cheaper than having a professional studio curtain installed....a lot cheaper.

We run a small access station. We went with the Impact product because we felt that it offered better quality at a comparable price to what was being offered at what seemed like less expensive venues. When we installed the backdrop we knew that we had made the correct decision.

On the first use it had lots of wrinkles on it so I steamed it and it was fine. I packed it and when I opened it it was fine, no steam needed. The colors showed up right and all was well. Love it...
