Comments about VariZoom VZ-T100A Aluminum Video Tripod with Spreader and Case:
Overall I'm impressed with these tripod legs. I was specifically looking for legs that could mount a 100mm ball head that weren't super pricy, and these seemed to fit the bill. They are stable, easily adjustable, and seem to be build well. The range of heights they can be set to is a huge plus with the 3 stage legs. The set I received is the updated all black aluminum which looks very sleek, and it came in a really nice padded carrying bag as well.
The only downside I see to these legs are the weight (they're quite heavy) but thats a tradeoff I'm willing to take for the great stability. Also the way the spiked feet interlock with the floor spreader can be a bit sloppy if not locked down just right, but this is proving not to really be an issue.
