This is a Bowens Softbox. It's front diffuser measures 23.5 x 31" (60 x 80cm). The Bowens range of soft boxes has been developed to offer photographers the very highest-quality light source at a very modest cost. Their silver interior and shallow construction offer a high degree of efficiency while a translucent diffuser ensures even light distribution.
For a completely even spread of light an internal diffuser has been included to minimise the possibility of hotspots. To ensure easy transportation of your softbox a simple zip up carry case is included as well as a speedring and an 'S' type adaptor for immediate mounting to your Bowens monolight.
Also included is a spare rod. Each softbox will accept all Wafer adapters and can be used with most popular flash systems.

Comments about Bowens Softbox - ~24x32" (60x80cm):
This is a top quality softbox that gives professional results. It is solidly built, having metal support rods and a very heavy duty speedring (which weighs more than the softbox!) There are 2 layers of diffusion as well. They also include an extra support rod in case one breaks and a nice carry bag.
However, it is awkward to assemble and disassemble, making it less than ideal for location work, like weddings. I used to own a Westcott Apollo which opened and closed in seconds like an umbrella. The Bowens takes several minutes to set up, and it takes some muscle to force the rods into the speedring. Also, the speedring is pretty heavy, so the softbox adds another couple pounds onto an already heavy 500R monolight. Make sure you have heavy duty stands.
Bottom line: excellent softbox for the studio. You may want to check out other options if you shoot a lot of location work.

Easy to use light softener. Seems sturdy enough, and it's a plus that the speedring is included in the price.
