I am using it to store and have accessible my RRS Ground Pod and ball-head. It is almost a perfect fit for the this set up. However, it does leave an additional inch or so, so a ball-head larger the the BH-30 that I am using would work well...I like the simplicity of this case, No frills... Well constructed. I have a larger version for my big tripod.The only thing that would make it better is if it were bundled with a nice tripod shoulder strap.
