The Countryman EarClip is a handy accessory for the E6 and E6i EarSet head worn microphones. The clip provides a second ear loop and adjustable wrap-around band for maximum support and comfort. This EarClip is designed for mic placement on the right side and mounts to the EarSet's cable connector using either of the included 1mm or 2mm cable clips.

Our pastor couldn't keep his hands off the EarSet mic because he always felt it was loose, until it would ultimately fall off. The EarClip solved this immediately. Now the mic stays firmly in place and he doesn't feel it move, so no more problems with it coming off. While we were concerned about appearance that was not a problem. The cross piece is even smaller than the cable.

The additional ear clip for the Countryman E6 mic greatly stabilized it during use. It allows the mic to be placed closer to the mouth with no fear of it drooping down the cheek. Clips on very easily.

I bought this for our pastors at our church. We lost half of the set in 2 weeks. The set consist of 2 parts to facilitate adjustment of various head sizes. It can be pulled and comes apart accidentally. Since it is very thin and small. you can easily loose it. It is a very useful product but be careful when using it. An improved design to overcome this problem would be great!

We purchased this for use with an E6 we had for a year or so. It's for our church, the pastor was taping the E6 microphone to his face using cellophane tape to keep it from moving around - very tacky. The clip fits on the existing E6 turning it into a dual ear mount system. It is well thought out and seems to be a much more solid arrangement than the single ear clip.
It will take some adjusting though. The first Sunday, the pastor removed it part way through the sermon and used the handheld mic to finish. I think once he gets it figured out he should be ok.
