Comments about Pearstone Quick Release Plate:

The tripod for this part is great (Pearstone VT-2100). This part is okay. A little cheap feeling. The part on the top ('tack board' part) is a bit sticky. Otherwise, it's nice to have an extra one.

If you lone out tripods like we do you are going to have people lose these things. I recommend you buy a few.

Comments about Pearstone Quick Release Plate:

Student had lost the plate and I thought we would need to buy a whole new tripod to replace it. But B&H had the exact replacement and it shipped the same day I ordered it. Fit perfectly.

Comments about Pearstone Quick Release Plate:

I use these specific quick release plates for gear mounted on my Velbon D7000 Tripod, but recently the company changed hands apparently and now the products are being sold under the brand name Pearstone. These plates are even improved with an easier to tighten attachment bolt. I called B&H and their knowledgeable and friendly service technician was able to assure me that this new name change for these products would fit my current Velbon Tripod. Way to go B&H! I rely on you for quick and easy information that is accurate and helps me pursue photography more efficiently and enjoyably. Thank You B&H!
