I like to listen to jazz and big band music while working on my PC and wanted some speakers with some decent dynamic range (I.e. a subwoofer). I'm listening to Louis Armstrong as I type this and his horn is sure sounding good to me! I'm not an extreme audiophile, so I don't need mega-buck B&W speakers. I also don't require volume levels that will make my ears bleed, so low wattage speakers suit me just fine.For just under [$], these Logitech speakers sure seem like a great deal. They look really good, took about 30 seconds to hook-up, and sound pretty decent. The small subwoofer is obviously not going to shake the room, but provides some nice bass tones. The remote volume control and headphone jack is nice but probably unnecessary for most PCs that have volume controls somewhere else.At the moment, I can't find anything about the speakers that I don't like. The price is good, that is about it. I read though a ton of reviews before buying these speakers because for the price it seemed too good to be true, and it was. I bought these after my speakers of 13 years finally gave out. I am very displeased, everything sounds distorted in the satellites (small speakers) Not to mention the sub-woofer isn't noticeable at all, even at full volume. I listen to a ton of music on my computer whether it's stuff I personally recorded or a video on Youtube. Being a musician myself, I warn any potential buyers to beware of these. They aren't worth the price. I knew I should have just spent the extra few dollars and bought a quality product and I advise others to do the same. I am almost positive within the next month or two I will be replacing these speakers and selling them at a garage sale for $5.

My small flat screen fits the room perfectly but sounded as though it was at the bottom of a well. With a 6" Y-cable to attach to the Audio Out slots at the back of the TV set, these speakers offer a most cost effective solution. The 3-piece set provides both flexible and very good quality sound.

This speaker system would probably work best in a room that had space to fit all three parts. Oddly, the two smaller speakers emit more volume than the larger one. The entire system doesn't give the volume boost that one might expect, but it suffices for a "coffee table" set up. The other problem is that there are too many cords that need to be attached making a "room" set-up difficult. For the money, it's fine, but I prefer the smaller speakers that my daughter bought for $5.00 more. My advice: Buy it if you can figure out where to put the three speakers with attached cords. It will do the job. If you don't have space, this is probably not your best option.
