As you can see, I cannot mention pricing, so I will not review it as without knowing what price I was paying it is not appropriate to say whether it was a good deal or a bad deal. Also, I must disclose that I am supposedly being entered into a prize drawing for reviewing this product. Anyways, on to the review.
I purchased these as I found myself burning large quantities of data onto discs and I needed a larger quantity per package. These came in a moderate-sized box with a lot of jet pillow packaging inside the box. The product itself is simple, the spindle, cover, and the discs is all that came with it, oh and a copy of the order sheet. So far, they have worked well enough. Occasionally I run into a failed copy, but that could easily have been the burner or the reader which failed and not the disc. All empty discs have been detected by the burner correctly before being burnt. Also, the plain white surface is the easiest I have come across for labeling, I can even use a ball-point pen to label them!
I rate it a 4 out of 5, because I am extremely stingy with 5's. (If it isn't 100% perfect, it doesn't get a 5.)

Sound did not burn on one of the projects, The discs with this problem had a visual defect on the edge of the disc which I noticed prior to using but I tested it anyway as it was a short project which would not be burned all the way to the edge.
I also was concerned when I saw on the label it was made in China and I have a low confidence level on products from there.

I purchased these to make multiple copies for my clients. I have yet to have a corrupt DVD. Printable media is far better than using labels and risking damage to your computer or DVD player. So far none of my clients have complained of receiving a bad copy of any productions using these DVDs.

If you've ever use the system whereby you print your disc label and then try to stick it on, you know what a pain that can be. Once the sticker touches the disc, you are committed or else the sticker will take the foil layer right off. While I really like LightScribe discs, I like these when I need more colorful and accurate labels. The best compliment I can make for any blank disc is that I've had no issues. Use this at an school to burn DVDs of our concerts, musicals, etc. After putting it all together using Final Cut Pro and high-res cameras, the video quality on the DVDs are great. Printing from a Primera duplicator, the printable tops are perfect.

When it comes to blank DVDs, I tend to look for bargains. I have not found much difference between the name brands. I know it's easy to form an opinion prematurely when you end up with a coaster. Was the disc defective? A glitch in the computer? A corrupt file? These discs have performed as well as any other I've used and I prefer the look even if I'm not going to print on them.
