International Orders*This is an Interfit Stellar 750-X Spill Kill Reflector Kit, built for long life and reliable service, and featuring "spill kill" reflectors for controlling the angle of the light beam. Stellar Tungsten units have tough aluminum bodies. The two included 750 watt lamps are color balanced to 3200° K enabling them to be used with many other Interfit products such as SXT3200 or halogen lighting.
The Stellar Tungsten units feature "S"-type bayonet fittings enabling the use of Stellar light modification accessories like softboxes, or a beauty dish for portraits and fashion images. The use of honeycomb grids, color gels and snoots is not recommended as these will shorten the life of the lamps. Interfit recommends the use of 400 ISO when using continuous lighting.

I use the product for portraiture and usually on location, so far it's done me justice and I have no complaints.

Comments about Interfit Stellar 750-X Spill-Kill Reflector Kit:
The first thing that impressed me was the rugged construction of the lights. They are not flimsy. They are bigger than I expected and actually look Pro on the set. The stands are sturdy, but you will need sandbags on windy exteriors. Of course, you need to do this even with expensive stands. Stands are actually kind of tall (3.5 meters, more or less) . They may not be the best lights out there. But then again, if you are an amateur filmmaker or just a hobbyist, then you do not want to spend $2,000 on a set of arri lights. I also like that you can control the amount of light by flipping the switches(3 bulbs; 250 watts each).

Comments about Interfit Stellar 750-X Spill-Kill Reflector Kit:
Overall this is a great product. My one complaint is that the bag is very difficult to set up if you have never put one together before as they do not give instructions. As luck would have it I had put one together before but I could see where that would be difficult for people doing it for their first time.
The kit itself is very high quality and has a professional build to it. They are easy to set up and provide the user with a lot of manual adjustments as to the power level of the kit, etc., that many other kits forget to include.
Overall I would recommend this kit to anyone who is thinking of owning a professional light kit for the first time or is thinking of expanding an already existing light kit.
One suggestion I would make is buying a third lamp and creating a three light kit. You will also need a pair of good gloves, rubbing alcohol (in case you touch the light bulbs while installing them), barn doors (which are also made by Interfit and are wonderful for adjusting the angle of the light), a set of filters (in case you are using them for film), and most importantly sand bags to weigh down the stands should you wish to extend them to the full height.
Wishing Everyone The Best In All Things,

Comments about Interfit Stellar 750-X Spill-Kill Reflector Kit:
These are good for some soft light that doesn't cost a lot. The stands are solid enough, the enclosures feel pretty sturdy.
They are cheap lights though, and you have to take out the bulbs to change any of the heads. As well, they are NOT fan cooled. However, there is so much empty space inside the enclosures that they vent heat fairly well. Also my kit came without the softbox adapter ring! One call to BH and they sent one right out. No big issue.
So far so good, no blown fuses no broken bulbs. I treat them as I would a studio strobe and to this date we're getting along fine.

Comments about Interfit Stellar 750-X Spill-Kill Reflector Kit:
Triple socket is really nice. Being able to flip switches to adjust the amount of light is very handy. We combined these with the Altman Foto Pac. We get great light on the foreground and can fill the background to eliminate some unwanted shadows.
Wish the stands had more weight. The light weight is nice for traveling, but it's too light for some outdoor/breezy conditions.
The 250V/10Amp 5x20MM fuses can be difficult to find. You may need to purchase spares online somewhere.

Comments about Interfit Stellar 750-X Spill-Kill Reflector Kit:
I'm an independent filmmaker starting out, so I don't have alot of money to spend on a nice lighting kit.
As a substitute so I could learn and experiment with lighting, I decided to buy this set, and other components so I could have a light kit that included three lights as well as a barn door, some reflectors etc. I was able to get a great variety of lighting components for far less than a Lowell light kit where I could've afforded...maybe two lights.
These worked great for my first shoot, and I love the fact that I can change the wattage between 250 to 750 (one of the main reasons I bought this.)
In my opinion this is the perfect mix of quality, flexibility, and affordability for a person such as myself who wants to learn alot about how complex and stylistic you can make lighting setup, but can't yet afford the real-deal. I do perform color correction on my work. However, these work great in my short films! =)

Comments about Interfit Stellar 750-X Spill-Kill Reflector Kit:
Well built with adjustable power, air cooled lights. Sturdy construction with professional looking housing. Pretty decent light stands as well...
Con's:
Blew a bulb and a fuse after two uses. May have been my fault. Kicked the stand by mistake and the cord wasn't fully plugged in. Caused a surge or something. Not a lot of power for photography, but good for video...

Comments about Interfit Stellar 750-X Spill-Kill Reflector Kit:
First the image is misleading. The kit only comes with the stands and lights. There is no soft box or umbrella. The lights are powerful but are not fan cooled. I would recommend this kit but you would need to get the soft box and/or umbrella. Overall a good buy for the buck.
