The speakers arrived in perfect condition.
The ratchet clamps hold the speaker in place very well.
Make sure not to over tighten...they need to be snug and that's all. Very good sound...pleasant look when finished.

Pyle-pro must have a defective batch of PDIW87 as this is the second pair that I order that arrived were the tweeter had fallen out of its socket.I sent the last one to Pyle and let them now about the problem- hopefully they will take care of it. The speakers are made in China and when I opened them up the connections and wires do not look well made.I do not know how they sound as I never had a chance to hook up as they were broken.
