I am very happy with my PCK-LH3AM LCD Protector Cover Sheet by Sony. I recently used it on a week vacation in Washington D.C. It was secure and did not pop off under the most challenging abuse during my travels. I really liked how oil and sweat from my face cleaned easily from the protector surface.

Does the job of protecting your LCD screen right up until you lose it. And you will lose it, so if you must buy this, get several while you're at it. While in use on my a300, the bottom tab managed to frequently snag and rip the protector from the camera body. I finally lost it for good during a recent photo outing. I can't say I miss it much as it also made using the camera more difficult When it did manage to stay installed on the camera, it came within a mm or so from the left side of the large controller button, making it virtually impossible to press the left arrow. I will not be buying another one of these protectors, instead I'll look for a thin film press on protector.

This is a great idea given how delicate the Sony LCD screens are. Too bad it won't stay on the camera. It needs to be redesigned so that it actually stays in place rather than continually needing to be put back on. Gives a false sense of security to protecting the LCD. Should be included with the camera as a functioning part if they feel the LCD needs to be protected...why not just make a sturdier screen?

I purchased this after going through a ton of the peel and stick screen protectors, not only are the peel and sticks hard to line up or some even need to be cut to size. This was so easy to clip on to my screen and since it is a hard plastic I feel it well hold up a lot better against the abuse that most of us put our cameras through, I have purchased 2 And would highly recommend it.

I used it on my NEX-5 and it does protect the screen. I wished it was a little thicker and clipped on to the screen but with the design of the camera, I realize that it would be difficult to design.

The idea of protecting the camera's LCD display is a good one, except this cover's molded retaining clips are easily broken during normal use and as a result it wont stay attached. Add that to the fact that there is no Sony warranty, makes this item a very disappointing purchase.

This is a great item Sony engineered. I honestly do not mind paying a few extra dollars for this item esp. since it protects the sensitve LCD screen from cracks, scratches, and finger prints. If this LCD proector gets scratches, eh, no big deal; buy another one for $12.00, but if you crack your LCD screen it'll cost wayyy more than $12.00. I bough a few extra because they will pay off in the long haul. Thanks Sony!
