The Targus TBR003US Rolling Laptop Case (Black) is designed to protect notebooks with up to 15.4" screens. It is constructed from water-resistant 1200 denier polyester with closed cell foam padding. It has a laptop compartment and a large zippered compartment to store accessories or clothing for overnight trips. There is a front zip-down workstation that includes pen loops, a business card holder, zippered pocket, cell phone pocket and a large pouch to store additional accessories. It can be transported by dual carry handles with overlapping grip, a telescoping handle and built-in wheels.

I used this initially as a travel bag for a long weekend. Fits perfect in the overhead bin, trim enough to roll down the aisle of the plane. The extendable handle for tall people is great! To give you an idea of how much it will hold...3 pairs of shoes, 2 pairs pants, socks, pajamas, toiletries, 3 tops and two lightweight summer shirts. amazing space.
Yes, I know it's a computer bag which section in the bag is padded and fits a laptop -- I just didn't need it for that at the time.

This was the first rolling bag that I purchased mostly for international travel & I love it. It fits comfortably in the smallest overhead compartments & can hold a multitude of items without busting at the seams. The laptop compartment is padded well & can fit even the larger laptops. This is a great value and wonderful back saver!

I have a lot of stuff to carry including a laptop, I'm 6 feet and the extended handle allows me not to bend and strain my back, the wheels are excellent, I do a lot of walking, the material is a bit shoddy, I have it for under a month and it developed a tear-I'm not happy about that, but overall for the price I paid-good buy

I am making this review on behalf of the wife. She overloads this bag to the gills and it is a wonder it will ever carry any load, let alone the load she places on it every day. The last case she had (same one) she blew out the wheels because of how much she overloaded this thing. The bag didn't bust at the zippers or rip anywhere and can easily carry 35-40 pounds, which feels like the lead anchor my wife puts in it every day.

I use this bag for my laptop for college. It holds all of my books for the class I am in. I would totally refer someone else to buy this bag. The only reason i did not give it five stars is because after I have used it for a month the wheel became a little wobbly, i put some WD40 on them and i have not had a problem since. Awesome case for my Dell Inspiron 15.4.
