Comments about Century Precision Optics 0HD-16TC-Z7U 1.6x Telephoto Converter Lens:

I haven't gotten to use the converter in the field yet, but upon initial inspection, it appears to be well built and has good glass. It attaches easily and securely to the camera lens.
It will shift a fair amount of weight to the front of the camera, but shouldn't be a big deal mounted on a tripod.
The converter comes with hard plastic front and rear lens covers that slip on. I'd like to see a rear cover that would attach more securely. The converter does come w/ a soft carrying case that holds the covers in place, so that does help.
