A quality product at an exceptional price. B&H quality [...] have always been top-notch. I seldom need to look any place else. I bought a wonderful Canon MX870 printer from B&H and it was only natural to go to them for the consumables. With Canon Ink Tanks I'm assured of top notch quality and ink that lives up to my photo-longevity expectations. Also, of course, there is no smearing on everyday printed output. The price from B&H is very competitive (as in cheaper than everyone else). The combination of this printer and genuine Canon inks have not disappointed in my home office use.

I use this ink in my Canon Pixma P4700 for printing photos.
The ink is a very good ink from technical point of view.
The only not so good thing about it is the small tanks. Usualy this set of tank is enough for printing about 100-120 pictures of 4x6 inches size. Otherwise it is a very good ink.

The cartridges themselves get 5 stars. They work, last for a reasonable (but not like my old HP) time.But, like every other purchaser of a Canon printer (or any other for that matter), I'm expected to make up for the relatively low printer purchase price by buying ink at an extremely, ridiculously, over-inflated price.Well, I usually do. I've tried the generics, and they actually work great, but I always seem to have 1 or 2 that stop working, or never start, due to incompatibility. Canon puts great effort into making its hardware ONLY compatible with the overpriced Canon stuff.

Honestly, if you've got a printer that uses these inks, there's no good alternative to genuine Canon product. Given that cost is the same at most web retailers, I chose to buy from B&H because of their historically fast shipping. I was not disappointed.
As for the product itself, one could complain about the cost and small capacity, but why bother? Everyone knows that's a drawback of inkjet printers, and it's still infinitely better than the technology of my youth.
