I bought this to mount my Atomos Ninja disk recorder to my camera. I could have used a cheaper arm but I have broken several and did not want to risk damaging the Ninja. Works great!

I use this articulating arm to hold my Nanoflash recorder on top of my Panasonic SDX-900 so I can record direct to compact flash cards, instead of to tape. I used to think Zacuto's products were too expensive. But now that I've purchased one, i'm a believer in Zacuto. This arm is rock solid. I tried a cheaper arm first. It was always moving or coming loose. Not the Zacuto. The recorder stays exactly in position. This little articulating arm is fantastic.
