The Impact 7" Grid (20 Degree) helps you control your light more precisely: this honeycomb grid, which will fit any standard 7" grid reflector (other than Broncolor or Profoto), gives you a very narrow 20° beam of light, perfect for an accent light or spot. A tension spring can stretch or arch to fit the reflector.

Grids are pretty straightforward. This one fits perfectly on impact monolights and works as advertised.

It's a grid at a reasonable price. That's about all I can say. Focuses the light where you want it. Doesn't cost a fortune.

Comments about Impact 7" Grid (20 Degree):
I bought this grid along with the 10, 30, and 40 degree ones to use on my Elinchrom Ranger Quadra heads (Impact is much cheaper than the Elinchrom grids!). Not much to say except it works well to narrow the beam of light for creative, artistic lighting.

I use it on a 300w/s monolight for separation. Sometimes pointed at the background, sometimes as a hair light. Works great.

Comments about Impact 7" Grid (20 Degree):
These grids work just as they should! Fits securely into the 7" reflector of my Alien Bee. It has a label that also serves as a tab to remove it from the reflector without having to touch the grid itself so that may make it last longer.

Comments about Impact 7" Grid (20 Degree):
a 20 degree grid is a 20 degree grid. Can't see spending $20 more per grid for the brand name when these work exactly the same.

Fits perfectly into my Elinchrom 7" reflectors, and same quality construction as the more expensive Elinchrom grids. I'll be buying more of these in the future.
