The Rycote 042223 Lyre Upgrade Set (Universal) for Pre-Modular Suspensions is designed to convert Rycote suspensions made before 1999 to a Lyre Suspension.
- Lyres replace the existing "U" or "C" shaped elastic suspensions, and come supplied with the appropriate replacement screws

It took me 2 minutes to install these Lyre upgrades on a used pre-modular pistol grip that I bought for $, including the zeppelin. With the Lyres on there, it's the best suspension mount I own, and the whole thing cost less than $. If you're still messing around with the rubber-band style U mounts, save yourself the trouble and order these.
