If you have ever been to [@] you will regonize this tripod as the little cheapie Targus model sold for timy point and shoots. It dosen't even hold those up. Really, a Gorilla Pod or other alternative is a far better choice.

I got this tripod as a part of the Pro-Track kit. I put it on the Pro Track and it broke immediately. It is completely inadequate to the task of holding the Pro Track and, actually, to holding anything. The Pro Track is great, but this tripod is not a good complement.
The recommended item is in place of, not to be used with.
