Comments about Peavey PV-MSP1 Complete Microphone and Stand Package with XLR to 1/4" Cable:
To use as an Mic for a guest speaker and Master of Ceremonies.
The Mic clip does not tighten. The mic flops around up and down or sideways if you turn it. The cord has to be wound around the stand since the cord clip does not hold the cord tight against the stand. I have not had time to modify it yet, so have no solid suggestions.

Comments about Peavey PV-MSP1 Complete Microphone and Stand Package with XLR to 1/4" Cable:
I bought this because it comes with everything you need, and the price is right. I don't want to take something out to a gig that I can't afford to lose, and at the same time I want to sound good when I get there. This is the way to go. I would suggest a wind cover if you are working outside. I learned that the hard way!
