Bought this for my Zoom Hand-Held Recorder and works like a charm. Does NOT overheat and the cord is a decent length.

I use this to power a Zoom Q3. I can now record as many hours as a want without worrying about batteries. I use it to record gigs or band rehearsals. The cord for the adapter is longer than I thought it would be, which is a big plus. Definately get this adapter, you NEED IT!

I use this as an adapter for my Zoom Q3 audio/video recorder. It works great, and saves me from having to use new batteries all the time. Inexpensive and decent quality.

I have owned it for over 2 weeks now and use it 3-4 times a week for an extended period of time.

I ordered this adapter to use with my Zoom Q3. It works just fine so far, and certainly beats using batteries (except in the kind of situation where no outlets are available). The only reason that I didn't give it 5 stars is that the price is a little steep.

We are using the Q3HD in our school to record instrumental and singing tests for our students. The Q3HD works well for this function, but did not come with a power supply and batteries were becoming costly.

Quality of the product is good and I do not foresee any problems with this product.

Had to have this for my Zoom Q3 Handy Video Camera because I hate having to replace batteries. At $20.00 plus shipping this is really overpriced but I guess they figure they have you over a barrel so you have to buy it. It should've come standard with the Zoom Q3.

I bought this adapter because the Zoom Q3 doesn't ship with one. The thing EATS aa batteries, so this adapter is not only useful, it's necessary.

The prior reviewer stated that an adapter is not included with the Zoom H4N. I just wanted to state that that is incorrect and perhaps he needs to look deeper in his box. The Zoom H4N does indeed COME with this adapter so you would only need to buy this if you lose or break yours. It is cheapy, and does not have much length,

Works well, and is a necessary addition to a Q3, unless you are happy replacing batteries after every hour of use, since no adapter is included with the product. However, cord is unusually short, which limits its use, since recording video/audio often requires being distant from an outlet. In addition, the adapter cannot be used to charge indwelling batteries (as with, for example, a cellphone or ipod adapter), and the battery life of the Q3 is quite limited. Zoom should sell the Q3 with an adapter that also serves as a recharger, despite the extra cost to the consumer.All that said, B+H was a great company to do business with-[...]
