Bought this for my wife.
Fits the Canon SD1200 IS well.
Offers good protection.
The fold-over flap with magnet clasp works well.
A little bit large/thick for carrying in a pocket/purse but offers good protection.
There's not an additional strap that comes with the case but the camera's wrist strap can be fed through a hole in the case flap, although not easily done.
If you want an actual Canon case that fits well, then this is the one for you.
