Metz 62mm Adapter Ring for the Mecablitz 15 MS-1 Ringlight Flash
The Metz 62mm Adapter Ring is made to fit their Mecablitz 15 MS-1 ringlight flash. The 15 MS-1 is delivered with 52, 55, & 58mm adapter rings. If the filter threads of your lens are instead 62mm, you'll need to purchase this adapter ring to affix the Mecablitz 15 MS-1 to the front of your lens.
Simply affix this adapter ring to the front of your lens just as you would install a filter, and then the MS-1 can attach to this adapter ring with its quick release function.
This is a well-made adapter ring, with durable threads that will allow habitual use without damage.

If you have Nikon macro lenses you will probably need this.
The 60 - 105 and 200mm lens all require that you use this 62mm adapter if you have the Mecablitz 15 MS-1 macro light. It does not come with the light.
It is especially good on the 105mm f2.8 AF-D lens, that is the older one before the new VR 105 came out. It mounts on the body of the lens, allowing the objective lens to protrude freely through the ring portion of the light. Giving you lots of working distance at 1-1.
