Use this to sync my Novatron power pack with Yongnuo RF-603 transceivers. Just plug the tranceiver in to the sync cord and plug the AC end of the cord into the power pack. Once the tranceiver on camera is activated; bam, you're synched w/o a cord connected to the camera.Works great! Heavy duty cord seems well made.

Bought this item to link an older novatron power supply (saving money is so important!) to a Canon 20D - works great, and will also work with household adapters for newer strobe heads. It's the perfect length for our needs: shooting table-top product photos in a smaller space.
The strobe setup we have is not appropriate for outdoor or action shots, and this cable is probably not long enough for studio portraiture, where more space is needed.
Being able to use our older equipment with the new(er) camera saved us a ton, though.

I recently acquire a Quantum T2 Flash and I purchased this cord to connect the flash to the camera. The cord works great and also connects my Yongnuo RF-603 flash triggers for remote firing.
At first, the cable seemed a bit long, but now I appreciate the length and bundle it when not needing the extra length.

I bought this sync cord for school. I thought I was going to be getting some poor quality cord, but this cord is like new! I was very impressed by the casing of the cord (wire), it looks really sturdy. Great buy. The only thing I had a problem with was I thought 6 ft was going to be long enough, but if you really want to move around your subject get a longer cord. But I will make do with 6 ft for now ;)

I've used this sync cord between my Canon 7D camera and Novatron 240D flash lighting system and it has performed admirably.
One potential issue is the short length of the cord. You're going to be tethered to the box- not an issue if you're on a tripod, but you might want to consider getting a longer cord if you're going to be travelling.
