I currently have 2 of these installed in doctor's offices. They perform nearly flawlessly. They puck up double feeds perfectly, even if there is just a post-it-note. The only time I ever had a problem was after a power failure the scanner was stuck in sleep mode so the computer it was connected to bored very slow. Just a simple power cycle cleared everything up.
