The 2.5x Handheld Magnifier with LED Illumination from Meade is a practical, quality magnifier made of metal, with a 55mm-diameter lens. Excellent for stamp and coin collectors, it has adjustable-intensity LED illumination which operates off of 2 included "AA" batteries. One press of the button will turn on four of the LEDs. Another press will engage all eight LEDs. A third press will turn the unit off. The batteries will operate the magnifier for about two hours. This magnifier comes in an attractive hinged storage/presentation box with custom foam insert.
