The Sennheiser EW145 G3 Wireless Handheld Microphone provides dependable performance for both speech and performance applications and includes a UHF diversity receiver and handheld transmitter. The transmitter and receiver synchronize channel and frequency at the touch of a button.
The handheld microphone allows you to charge the (optional) rechargeable pack while it remains in the transmitter. The receiver's back-lit display allows for easy operation under dimly-lit conditions and its user friendly menu makes operation quick and easy. The EW145 G3 is at home in theaters, clubs, town halls, houses of worship, DJ applications and more.

I have always been a Shure user, but I had heard great things about the higher end Sennheiser wireless systems. I transferred over from using an SLX Beta 58. This unit is absolutly amazing! Everything about it feels sturdy and rugged. The features you can access with this system are crazy! Being able to set an EQ & gain setting right from your transmitter's easy to operate menu is quite convienent. I would buy over and over again.
