I bought this to go with my G2 Wireless Lav set. I love that its backward compatible with the older generation recievers. Clear sound and easy to use menus. Only down side is its a bit heavier than most cube transmitters.

I ordered the SKP 100 G3 to replace a broken unit from one of my Videographer's kits. Don't judge just by that...I have to tell you the only reason it broke is because a full size SUV drove over it!...it actually continued to work for a few months afterwards!!!
These transmitters are worth every penny. They are the most reliable units I have ever had the pleasure of using. The audio is crystal clear even at extreme distances(well over 100 yards).
You can adjust it easily to give clean audio, no matter what you plug it into...line, level or mic.
The menu "screen" is easy to navigate through and the owners manual is simple to understand.

I bought the SKP 100 G3 Transmitter to replace a broken unit from a kit...before you judge the product by that, let me tell you that it was broken by a full size SUV driving over it...and it still worked for a few months afterwards!!!
These things are solid, have a crystal clear signal even at extreme ranges and have a very good battery life.
I have used all sorts of wireless systems in my career and this is hands down the easiest, most reliable unit I have ever had the pleasure of plugging into my cameras.

I regularly do live shoots in larger halls and venues. Getting a feed from the house sound board was always a pain until I got this little gem. I pop it into the output on the house board and just like magic, my receivers on my cameras and in my flight pack are pickup up a crystal clear feed. Anyone doing shoots in larger venues should have one of these in their kit. The battery life is fantastic and the signal is strong and clear.

ARE YOU KIDDING! I'm so impressed by this device. Sennhieser has won me over and I'm sold on this technology. Professionals know that when your out in the field, you can't risk having sound issues which I'm very critical about. I don't like doing re-takes and this little device ensures that you will not have to. The distance at which the signal strengths stay strong is absolutely incredible. I could literally have a person run around a football field and still have crystal clear pickups! Simply amazing! Definitely worth the investment for the serious pro and perfect companion for the G3 Reciever

I already own a Sennheiser wireless lav mic system and wanted a handheld mic option. This device allowed me to convert a wired mic and use the wireless receiver I already had. Real plug and play operation. Sound quality is great, just what you would expect from Sennheiser.

I purchased this to use on a boom mic while the receiver is mounted on a Steadicam, works wonderful and no wires to worry about. I also have been able to use for a handheld interview microphone.

I use this plugon for weddings and recitals. I am usually not much more than 100 or 150 feet away and have never had a problem. I highly recommend it for event videography.
