This Interfit EX300 Two Monolight Umbrella-Softbox Kit includes two 300 watt/second monolights with reflectors, a 36" translucent umbrella, 24" square softbox, 8' air cushioned light stands, power and sync cords.
The EX300 has an intuitive rear control panel which provides stepless adjustment of flash and modeling lamp power levels over a 4 stop range. User-friendly push button controls and switches allow the choice of audible or silent recycling as well as Proportional or Full Power modeling lamp settings. The lamp and the flash tube are conveniently user-replaceable. Fan cooling ensures that the flash capacitors and associated circuitry are at optimal working temperature even during periods of prolonged use.
The rapid 1.5 second recycling time ensures that you'll be ready to catch every fleeting gesture, a quality especially valuable in portraiture or fashion.
Versatility drives the design of the EX300, which features wired sync, wireless IR and optical flash triggering.

Ok in terms of power,
analog dial on the back has not labels which makes it hard to set the lights back to a known setting and ended up needing to write them on the faceplate...
1/16 minimum is not enough for a light of this magnitude
umbrella holder is cheap and hard to use
soft box is very small for the power of the power of the lights.
unable to turn off the beeping function makes this light unsuitable for many public settings.

I buy two of this, for some studio lights replacements, i need something not expensive, the build quality is not the best but not a problem, the real problem are the softboxes (very low quality)i recommend you to buy extras because the ones in the kit wont last much.
Other thing is the modeling lights are to long, you can put the protector plastic in the flash unit, you have to teke it out to do it, and is a problem, better use others less long.
the flash units work fine are powerful, and light, the recycling time is acceptable.

I use these strobes in my home studio and the 300w/s strives are almost too strong. No complaints with output power from strobes or included modeling lamp. They feel cheaply made, but if treated with care, I don't see to much problem. I am overall pleased with this strobe kit. My customers so far love the shots I've taken so I can't complain.
