The HiTi P510K Photo Kiosk is a 6-inch, roll-type printer. It is equipped with a 10.2-inch TFT LCD touch screen, which previews photos and has an easy-to-use workflow menu that helps to create a variety of photo formats.
The P510K uses Dye Transfer Thermal Technology, in which a dye-infused ribbon passes thru the printer along with the paper. With front-panel access it is quick and easy to replace media, as the ribbon cartridge and roll of paper are used up at the same rate.
The HiTi P510K has a powerful backstage management system embedded, offering operators various payment solutions, and meets other administrative needs. The P510K offers users the versatility of printing a variety of layouts to meet the requirements of different digital imaging services, including standard photos, passport/ID photos, e-frame photos, collage prints and photo index.

I've used this printer now for about two years, and it has not let me down. I've done events where people wanted their pictures on the spot, and the ink jets could not keep up with the demand at the time. This Hiti printed up beautifully, and paper & ink was more cost effective than using an ink jet. Because of the speed which it printed, I was able to do more events. In the process of getting a second one. This is a Great Product. The only problem I have is that when the season is high, the stores can't keep enough of the paper & ink.

I use this product as a event printer and have used in on a few occasions since buying it a couple weeks ago. The print quality is great and the photos turn around is very quick and easy to understand. The only problem I have with it is that the pictures curl after they have been printed due to being on a roll instead of being flat. If going to put in a frame or scrap book then the curling would not be a problem. The reason I gave it only four stars is because of the curling issue otherwise than that it is a great product

very portable, easy set up, what you see on the screen is accurately reproduced in the print
I've used it at one large event and a few small, only con so far is you can't bring up a picture full screen so everything is just a bit bigger then thumbnail size
