The black cartridge yields 200 printed pages and the color cartridge produces 170 printed pages (approximately).

I sometimes print photo pictures in color and the quality of the ink colors are great, the picture copy is very clear and radiant sometimes even better quality from that of the original.

I ordered this ink after shopping around. This was the cheapest place I found this printer ink. The cartridges were delivered quickly to my house and I am very satisfied with my order. However, I haven't had the cartridges for long. I am hoping they have a long cartridge life.

I admit, I'm cheap. Working only part-time and making little moolah, I'm always trying to find my life's necessities on a very tight budget. I use the HP 74/75 combo-pack inkjet cartridges for my HP Deskwriter printer frequently. I was able to find them locally (in Chicago, home of the 9.5% sales tax) at a MicroCenter store for just $1 more than B&H. But with no tax and free shipping, B&H is my new source for my HP ink cartridges from now on. Buying the high-quality HP cartridges is a far better investment than those cheap re-filled cartridges.

These are the standard cartridges for the HP Photosmart line. They work superbly, and without fail, and they produce clean and crisp colors (and sharp black-and-white). The problem is that they don't last, and that they're somewhat expensive to replace. So I'm deducting a star for value. But otherwise they're terrific.
