I use this cable to connect my flat-scrfeen TV--cable provided wasn't long enough.
What's great: it's cheap and just as good as cables costing more---many, many times more. Many consumers have been bamboozled into think that the cable is somehow the weak link in their system--whether it's HDTV or stereo--and fall for the idea that bigger/pricier is better. Certainly the 'monster' cables LOOK impressive but it's been repeated proved by Consumer Reports and other reliable testers that they are not any better in performance.
What's not great: I've got no complaints.

I bought this cable to connect a DVD Recorder/Player combo (great deal from B&H used department!) to my 42" plasma TV. While it's very easy to connect, and the digital signal is supposedly better, the image is so super sharp that it looks unnatural and forces me to change the picture settings on the TV, a hassle. One of the 4 cables failed during original installation. The failure did cost us loss of signal during a performance and up to 8 additional hours of troubleshooting to find. I would pass on these.
