This item, like many of the other items that came from MultiCart, has quality control issues. Mainly, the tightening mechanism that attaches to the cart handle doesn't match up with itself, so instead of it being an easy on/off operation, I have to unscrew the whole thing to deal with it.
This is an issue I've had with the entire R12 cart... it's almost like I got a garage prototype rather than a factory made item.
