Comments about Casio Privia PX-130 88-Key Portable Digital Piano:
I wanted this keyboard to be able to keep practicing until I'm in a better situation to have a real piano. My main priority was portability and to have the keys feel close to the real weight of a piano, and this fits the bill. Of course the feel and sound is not that of a real piano, but for the price and ease, I'm very happy with this. I haven't used many of the features, but that is not what I bought it for! I was leaning towards a Yamaha in a similar price range, but some youtube videos demonstrating sound swayed me towards Casio. I recommend the matching wooden stand -- I tried doing some of the flimsier fold-up options, and that was a disaster/waste of time. The Casio wooden stand is very sturdy and comfortable.

The keyboard has the feel of a real grand piano and is much better than my accoustic upright. I was amazed by the quality of the grand piano sound through the built in speakers. The controls are well placed and easy to use.

I am a budding piano player and love the weighted keys.
Love the weighted keys, superb piano sound, portability, MIDI interface so that it can connect to a computer via USB.
The speakers are certainly not the greatest quality. I had a CASIO PRIVIA 575R earlier and the speakers were just mind blowing. These are good enough, but not great.

Comments about Casio Privia PX-130 88-Key Portable Digital Piano:
My first digital piano was a Yamaha PF2000 a couple of decades (or more) ago, which I kept for a very long time. I now replaced it with the PX-130 and I can't be happier -- the keys feel great (much more realistic than my old PF2000) and the sounds are, quite frankly, indistinguishable from a real piano, down to the damper pedal's actions. The only thing missing are MIDI connectors but you can get that, if desired, in the PX330. (The PX130 does have an USB connector, though.) The sound system is perfectly adequate and has a volume equal to a real piano, even down to the lowest keys.Overall, the Casio PX-130 is the absolute best deal in piano land!

Im a beginner, and this is perfect for me. Weighted keys and all that. I bought the bundle that came with the stool, stand, headphones everything that's needed. It also works as a great midi, which i use with a program called synthesia to help me learn music quicker than reading it.
Ordered on a Tuesday while i was in class, and got delivered the next day around 6-7pm. Amazing.

Comments about Casio Privia PX-130 88-Key Portable Digital Piano:
This is a great digital piano for the price. I purchased this for my son as a supplement to our acoustic piano to allow him to practice in his room without disturbing everyone else in the house. The keys are very responsive. They feel very similar to an acoustic piano. The sound is pretty good. Using it is very intuitive. However the sustain pedal that comes with the Casio digital piano is rather chintzy, so I would purchase a better one. I bought the SP-2 Universal Sustain Pedal and have been pleased.

Comments about Casio Privia PX-130 88-Key Portable Digital Piano:
This was my first purchase of a high-end keyboard/piano. The impetus from my aspiring pianist was that the plastic keyboard that we had been using wasn't the same size that he had during his lessons, and the keys didn't sound or feel right.
With the Casio, they keys really stand out, and I'd be hard pressed to tell the difference between them and a real piano if I wasn't looking at them. Needless to say, it was a win from the start. Later, he had the headphones on yelling 'Daddy, can you hear the music.' Yeah, 'nuff said, it's a winner.

Comments about Casio Privia PX-130 88-Key Portable Digital Piano:
Since purchasing this keyboard I've completely fallen in love with it. I was looking for a portable keyboard that could emulate the sound & feel of a piano- and this does so beautifully. I bought the wooden stand and full 3 pedals and can also easily see it unscrewing it from the stand and using it elsewhere for music making.
No complaints, it's a beautiful instrument and the added features are a nice complement: being able to play with headphones at 5am and not wake anyone up, playing along with recordings to get my chops up, etc. I don't love the built metronome, it's annoying to adjust to the right tempo and it has a dumb bell, but I picked up batteries for my old reliable metronome.
I use this keyboard more for its piano-like qualities than its digital features, and it is awesome.

Love this keyboard!! It's sleek and produces a beautiful sound. B&H was prompt with the delivery. After checking prices for this keyboard, B&H had the best deal for they included the stand, foot pedals, headphones, seat, and carrying case all for the price that some charged for just the keyboard. I am a Classical musician. Singing opera is my specialty, but I love playing the piano for enjoyment. This is perfect.
