This Ikelite Flex Mount Ball Extended Stem allows you to mount the Ikelite Pop Bead Flex Arm onto the Ikelite Quick Release Handle. The stem also has room to mount the Manual Controller.

What's to say? They slot into the top of Ike housing handles (old or new). They let you clamp and add strobe arms. Would be nice to have o-rings, but not necessary. Would be nicer to have shorter extensions. I think they only offer this length now perhaps because their DSLR housings have the top ball mount, and the new handles are a little shorter than the old. But whatever. They do the trick.

I bought this to mount a fantasea strobe to a new ikelite housing. This was the only 1.1" ball mount I could find that fits the new ikelite mounting system. Though the flex couplings from the fantasea strobe popped on tightly, there was not enough friction between the plastic receptacle and the aluminum ball so the flex strobe arm would tend to move on it's own. I ended up using a different mounting method because of this.
