The PPHP1299AI from Pyle-Pro is a high-quality active full-range loudspeaker, ideal for a variety of applications. The speaker has a large 12" woofer and a 1.35" titanium compression tweeter to provide a full frequency response. The rear panel offers XLR and 1/4" mic inputs, as well as XLR and RCA line inputs, allowing you to connect a variety of microphones and other audio devices. A built-in iPod dock lets you quickly and easily attach an iPod for music playback. A USB port lets you attach other MP3 players and music devices. Output is via XLR and 1/4" connectors, letting you attach additional speakers or recorders.
The speaker also has volume, bass, and treble controls, letting you adjust the acoustic response of the loudspeaker to match the demands of your environment and application. A built-in digital amplifier provides a power output of 1000W, ideal for large venues. The rugged plastic cabinet has a metal grille to protect the woofer, and a standard 35mm speaker stand mount. The speaker is also 110/220VAC switchable for worldwide use.

I like the speaker. The dock is nice and it is constructed well. I don't really think its 1000w though. Maybe 300w. I gave it 3 stars because its not 1000w but if it was near 1000w I would have given it 5 stars. Other than that, its great. It is pretty loud though. Plenty of connections too.

This thing works great! I use it at work, which is very loud, and this is loud and clear above it all. I have several friends at work looking to buy one for their area. Wish I would have found this a long time ago.

After seeing this at my friends house for a birthday party I bought one for myself as opposed to running wires for outdoor speakers. I have used it for only one event so far for an outdoor birthday/house warming party at my home. It ran 8 hours all day long. Not one complaint. Also, I use it everyday when I am doing outside work on my home. My homesite is a little over an acre of property and the sound easily fills that acre. It actually has 2 separate volume adjustments, one for the speaker and one for the I pop itself, so it can be used in small indoor spaces as well as large outdoor spaces. Easy to set up, easy to use. Only one power cord, not wires everywhere. Sounds great, Looks good. No problems as of yet. Two of my friends have this one and they love them. Plays Very loud and clear. Worth every penny and get the stand that goes along with it. You will be glad you did. Very portable so be prepared for it to be borrowed by friends.
