Comments about Technical Pro dB-B29 Decibel Level Meter:
I wanted to see my levels while playing music, and speaking into a microphone. I have all these first hooked up to my Yamaha mixer, then running to this level meter, and then to my receiver. I found this level meter to be very sensitive when adjusting the levels. I must have audio going into the level meter pretty high because I had to turn the level meter down pretty far to get good levels. The level meter has two settings; bar and dot. The dot has a single dot for each channel that goes up and down while the bar lights up all the lights in each channel up to the point of the audio level. What I found disappointing is the dot and the bar settings needed to be adjusted differently. For example, if I tune in the level meter on the dot setting, then switch to the bar settings, my levels are off. I have to readjust for the bar setting. Over all, does OK at the job. Really can't expect more from this price.
