Comments about Boston Acoustics Duo-i plus AM/FM Stereo Radio with iPhone/iPod Dock (White):
Three stars because of the good sound, and because of BA's friendly customer service rep. But everything else merits one star. I had this radio on my dresser for about three years, during which one function after another failed. The iPod dock went out within a year, and that's when I called customer service. The rep invited me to return the item, but I decided not to, since I already had an external iPod dock. In the course of the next couple of years, one function after another went out (FM1, Aux1, etc.), but I only needed one auxiliary and one FM function, so I didn't mind that much. But now the speakers have gone out, so no more sound, right? And no more Boston Acoustics, right? It's pretty pricey for a clock radio, and it got great reviews, but either I got a lemon or it's a great item that deteriorates quickly. I went out and got a cheap replacement from my local [@], but it's hard getting used to the terrible sound after listening to the BA Duo-i for three years.

Not able to play the iPOD because the iPOD LED selection was not avaliable. FM, AM and Aux displayed but not iPOD. Sent it back for an exchange and waiting for a replacement. It produces great sound in FM and I would imagine the iPOD would be the same. Radio is pricey but went for quality.
