The Olympus MAUSB-500 USB Reader/Writer can read and write images, data, audio and movies from xD-Picture cards. Because of the USB 2.0 interface it is lighting fast. It easily plugs into the USB port on your computer and does not require batteries or AC power, since it draws power right from the USB port. The Reader/Writer is compatible with all types of xD-Picture cards (Standard, Type-M & Type-H; up to 2GB capacity) and works with both Windows and Macintosh Systems without any need for installing drivers or other software.

I love this thing, it will transfer a full memory card to my hard drive in just a few minutes. No software to install, just plug and play.It's very small, about the same size as a flash drive. I would definately recommend to a friend.

Rather than use a cable to transfer pictures from camera to computer, I now use this reader. I can swap cards around in my camera and meanwhile have the full card in the reader. When I get home/to a computer I just have to insert the reader and upload the pictures. This is especially useful when away on trips and do not have a laptop with me.
