Comments about 3M Widescreen Notebook Gold Privacy Filter (13.3"):
It pretends to be a 13.3 wide screen but in fact didn't match the 13.3 wide of my Vaio. Something is missed or Sony or 3M didn't measure 13.3 wide by the same standard. Useless for me, return it back. In addition the installation method is clumsy, with ugly stickers.

Comments about 3M Widescreen Notebook Gold Privacy Filter (13.3"):
I love this privacy filter. The viewing angle is great and keeps my computer screen private at work. The best feature is that there are two sides: the solid black side and shiny red/gold side. I also really like the non sticky surface, so I can easily slide it on and off my screen. The only con I is the screen holders on the sides of the monitor, which look awkward on my macbook. Other than that, I really like this product!

Well I expected more from 3M. In fact this is a piece of thick plastic and not a film. In other words your laptop will not close pretty well because of the way you have to install this filter - with side adhesive bands - and, in addition it's not fits well in my 13.3 screen, I loose some screen at the sides, looks more as a 13 but the package says this is a 13.3. Well, if 3M say so...

Comments about 3M Widescreen Notebook Gold Privacy Filter (13.3"):
It works just like it say, so I can't say it doesn't get the job done. However, it also claims it fits the 13 inch MacBook Pro. The filter is the right size, but Macs aren't made for these and there isn't a way to adhere the tabs and have it work as directed.

Easy to setup and use. The only issue that I have is the amount of glare that it produces with natural sunlight coming through my office window during the morning. Besides that, this is the best privacy protector that I have owned from 3m.
