Comments about Rolls MX410 4-Channel Microphone Mixer:
I am a video producer and I use this mixer with an H4n recorder. I am not a sound guy but I would say the audio quality is quite good. You will need a couple of 20db pads for the H4n which can't take a line level signal.
A few negatives:
The connections are on the bottom. Usually connectors are on the side so the Rolls isn't compatible with any mixer bag and it leaving cables connected when storing the device is not practical or safe.
The phantom power is on by default. That's not a big deal but it's not what I would expect and the manual is not explicit about that fact.
Phantom power and low cut are operated through very small dip switches on the side.
Phantom power is not 48v so it won't power all mics.

Good case but has a tendency to slip out of the case when both ends are opened.

Comments about Rolls MX410 4-Channel Microphone Mixer:
This is a great on-site mixer, with good transparency. It has all the functions you would need: Individually switched phantom and low pass filters, as well as a left/center/right switch for each input; a mic/line output switch.
CONS: Most of the labels are on the side of the unit, that are hidden by holding it in a case. which isn't much of an issue. The only real downside isn't the mixer, but the case. there is no bottom support, so without modification the mixer will work its way out of the bottom during a day of shooting. I taped the bottom corners to prevent this from happening.
