Comments about Sony ADPCM2 Wind Screen for PCM-M10 Linear PCM Recorder:

I am using this product for a year-long trip to collect stories from people I meet about water and climate change. It is easy to take the windscreen on and off of my Sony M10 and the sound quality is still excellent. I highly recommend it.

Comments about Sony ADPCM2 Wind Screen for PCM-M10 Linear PCM Recorder:

I found that wind sounds like wind in the PCM-M10 recorder. There were no howling or rumbling sounds with the internal mics as can be created by some other mics. For outdoor nature recordings, I find that I don't use the wind screen. So try the recorder in your application prior to buying the wind screen. The recorder has an internal sound filter that may be all you need. The wind screen only works with this recorder and safe storage may be an issue for you. It should be stored fluffed up and not pressed flat.
