Zacuto's Lanyard w/Lanyard Hook attaches to the Z-Finder and allows the viewfinder to be removed from the camera and dangle conveniently from your neck, ready for future use. This is a replacement for the Z-Finder's included lanyard attachment.

I have two z-finders. My original one came with the old metal hook lanyard attachment and continually came unhooked and eventually broke. When I ordered my second z-finder for an additional camera, I was pleased to see that Zacuto had nicely re-designed the lanyard. I immediately ordered a new lanyard to replace my old first gen version.

I wish Zecuto would have made the Z- finder EVF with a hard lock but they did not. As you might know it snaps on and off.

The hook is very useful, however in my case it came with the z-finder. had no idea, now I got 2... however it is very useful... I tie it to my shoulder mount or tripod, just in case the Z-finder gets knocked of the camera.
