The Redrock Micro 43-72mm Step-Up Ring is designed for use with the M2 or M2 Encore Lens Adapter. It converts a camcorder's 43mm filter thread to the 72mm thread of the M2, allowing the camera to connect securely to the adapter for shooting with photo and cinema lenses. Camcorders using 43mm lenses include the Panasonic HMC40 and Canon HV20/30/40.

Works great. Good price. Feels like it would break easy but so far so good. Worked well with my Polaroid 72mm wide angle lens.
