Comments about Aerial7 Chopper2 Around-Ear Stereo Headphones (Mojave):

I have been listening to bass heavy music for years. Especially glitch hop and dubstep. Now, i can honestly say that my 10 dollar Panasonic ear buds are bassier and clearer than these. Review:Pulled them out of the box; initially upset about the build quality theyre flimsy and the cup adjusters are loose as heck. They remind me of re-branded skullcandies or something.Plugged them in and started "My World by HeRobust". This song absolutely has awesome bass on my little Panasonics, so i was very disappointed when i heard the sound quality coming from these. Also, it sounds like there is some audio clipping (crackling sound at high volumes and high pitch noises). The bass is light and the lows are not there at all. The mids are decent and the highs are okay. Overall i'm very disappointed for spending about [$] bucks. Definitely returning these. Summary:If you listen to bass heavy-ish music/electronic' do NOT buy these. They look great, but in reality they are flimsy and do not sound good at all. getting my money back and trying out the NOCS in the 70.00 price-range.Thanks

These headphones are amazing and i am completely satisfied with these. They may not be perfect for audiophiles, but they are comfortable, have great sound quality and are lightweight. I have had these headphones for a year now and they are still working exactly like when i took them out of the box.

Comments about Aerial7 Chopper2 Around-Ear Stereo Headphones (Mojave):

I purchased these for casual use with portable devices. Product design, price and apparent build quality were reasons for my purchase. Out of the box I noticed that one of the ear cups is very loose on the wire headband. I realize the cups are supposed to slide up & down on the headband for adjustment, however one of them won't stay in its adjusted position. I'm wondering if this is a defect in product construction. Sound quality is not affected, however the quality of how it fits is definitely compromised. Otherwise, the quality of the actual materials appears to be very good. Padding is very nice, sound quality is very good and the short cord is appreciated for use with ipod/phone's & portable DVD. The headband design/style is different from what's pictured on Aerial7 & B&H's website. Perhaps this was a re-design? Not sure what the story is here. It works but should be tighter than it is. I would not snowboard with these. Durability really has me scratching my head. I would not recommend these for the Snow & Skate crowd or even DJ's. Overall, considering the [$] msrp, this product comes up short in my opinion. 3-Stars. If in the $40-$45 range without the headband defect, these would be a solid 4-stars.

I purchased these headphones to replace my broken Bose QC's. I didn't want to pay another $100 to get mine fixed so I started looking around.I very much like these headphones better than my Bose. The Bose seemed cheap compared to these. The Chopper2's have metal wire to hold the speakers to the head band and I'm pretty sure that won't break anytime soon. The Chopper's don't need batteries and that's a big plus. The integrated mic for using them with my iPhone saved me another $30 from what I had to spend on my Bose.Over all I'm very satisfied.

Comments about Aerial7 Chopper2 Around-Ear Stereo Headphones (Mojave):

I bought these headphones for post-production work such as video editing and sound design. Out of the box these looked and sounded great, the native 1/8 in jack was very convenient for going directly into my mac tower and the headphone design was comfortable. What I found lacking was the length of the headphone cable, if you aren't less then 3 feet from your tower, sound board or camera, you would have to buy an adapter and longer cable. It would also be nice if they had included a 1/4 in adapter in the package. Also, though they do cut down some ambient noise, that aspect of the design could have been better.

Comments about Aerial7 Chopper2 Around-Ear Stereo Headphones (Mojave):

I bought these headphones 2 months ago, and I would recommend buying it.
The quality of the sound is great, even though the max volume on portable players might not be enough for some people, I don't feel the need for any more, I am not one of those who like to have their ears drilled into their skull.

It adjust very nicely by sliding on the metal bars, the left speaker does slide a bit loosely but this caused no discomfort while wearing it. Also, I must mention that they are really comfortable and if you are going to be wearing it outside in the cold these will keep your ears nice and warm.

I was a bit surprised by the purple part of the headphone that doesn't really show on the pictures.

Comments about Aerial7 Chopper2 Around-Ear Stereo Headphones (Mojave):

I was looking for a pair of vintage-styled headphones that looked good, in addition to sounding good while use them to listen to music while studying or to watch movies on my laptop during road trips or longer flights.I've owned the headphones for a couple weeks and here's my two-cents...Pros:- Sound great for the price. Though they may not be the no Beats by Dr. Dre and I may not be an audiophile. I listen to music everyday and they are definitely worth the price.- Look great. Obviously this one is subjective, but if you're searching for vintage/retro styled headphones that wont break the bank you definitely wont be disappointed with these.- It comes with a mic, which is suppose to allow for use with Skype. Haven't tried that yet, however for those of you that own an iTouch it provides a Mic for the iPod, allowing you to use those apps that require mics that you couldn't use before. - Normally on-ear headphones I've had are adjusted with that cheap clicking mechanism that is pretty annoying and becomes noisy in places like libraries. These just slide into place easily and click-free.Cons:- [...] One of the sides is looser than the other side when it comes to adjusting it to fit your head. Again, not sure if that's due to B&H or Aerial7 and like the tab, it's minor and doesn't really affect performance. Just not sure how that will play out in regards to owning it in the long run, like becoming looser to the point of becoming unable to fit correctly on your head or something.Overall:I would have given it 5 stars if it weren't for those minor things I mentioned in cons. Other than that, if you are looking for a pair of pretty nice vintage styled headphones that sound pretty chill these headphones are entirely worth what you pay and I would recommend them to anyone looking into this style of product.
