I bought one of these and, as other reiewers have commented, the picture and sound are excellent. So why am I complaining? Two reasons:
First, the audio and video don't sync.
Second, I've emailed both tech support and customer service seeking help with this problem - no responses!
So no matter how good a product may be, if it does not have the manufacturer's backing, it is not worth buying.
