The Pyle-Pro PSA2000 Professional 2000 Watt Rackmount Stereo Power Amplifier is just what its name says it is. This is not a unit for your home theater (unless maybe you live in the Hollywood Bowl). This is for bands, entertainment venues and the like. It's designed to fit into a standard 19" equipment rack and it's less than two inches high so you can fit an incredible amount of audio power in one standard rack.
Although it boasts 2000 Watts of peak power, a more down to earth figure is 200 watts RMS into eight ohms per channel (stereo). And it's got an independent volume control for each channel.
This amp can also be bridged. That means instead of two 200 watt stereo channels you can feed them both into a single 400 watt mono channel. That's ideal for situations where pure amplification power is more important than stereo sound.
Another example of the PSA200's professional credentials are its 1/4" TSR and balanced XLR inputs. These are rarely used in consumer electronics gear but are common connectors in pro audio engineering.
Don't worry about all that power concentrated into such a small space. The PSA2000 has a high speed cooling fan plus thermal and electrical overload protection. And it works equally well plugged into 115 volt and 230 volt line currents. Just make sure you switch your PCSA2000 to the right voltage before plugging it in.
The PSA2000 Professional 2000 Watt Rackmount Stereo Power Amplifier is an amazing yet very affordable piece of equipment. But what we find most amazing is that it can pump out all of that sound power with an SNR (signal to noise ratio) that's greater than 100 dB and THD (total harmonic distortion) of less than 0.1 percent.

I am using this Power Amp in an overflow room at my church. It is powering a set of 4 ceiling speakers for an auxillary sound system. I needed a one space power amp to fit in a wall mounted rack that is only 18" deep. This power amp offers the power I needed with the small size necessary to fit te available in the rack. It has a variety of inputs and outputs which helps make it very flexible to install just about anywhere. I would by this product again as it has proven to be reliable and durable.
