Very good sound quality and very easy to use. FM Tuner picks up many stations. Batter life is great. This player does not allow you to create a playlist or delete songs without hooking it up to yoru computer, but other than that I have no compliants. Great value.

This is the second MP3 player we have owned from Coby. The first lasted 2 years, until the buttons did not work. We were moderately happy with the old one, since it did a good job for a good price. So I purchased this new model in December 2012 as a Christmas gift for my husband. In less than 6 weeks of use (and that is only once per day, for about 40 minutes a time), the output jack broke, such that it only send the audio to the right speaker, but not the left. We tried multiple cords and speakers, but to no avail. We are very disappointed that this could not last more than 6 weeks - a waste of money and the time to upload our music.
Also, comparing to our iPhone, the sound is much quieter and less of a range, but that is an understandable compromise for this price point.
Both of our Coby players did not play the songs in an album in the order they are listed, but rather they play them in alphabetical order. This must be a Coby programming issue.

This Coby is an excellent mp3 player. I only use it for music, so I can't comment on video or photos, but finding the album, song or artist is quick and easy, much better than the ipod nano, which costs 6 times as much. Compact style, long life on battery charge,good sound and low price make this a great choice. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Okay, it doesn't brew a good cup of coffee, but it does what it is supposed to do and does all that quite well. For example it gets better (stereo) FM reception than my portable radio does. Its controls are very user friendly. Its power switch lets you lock the controls closed so you can't accidentally change what the unit is currently doing for you. Its storage capacity is truly immense. And the battery life is good for about 24 hours of audio play time before it needs a recharge. It also comes with software that includes properly disconnecting it from a computer. The only downsides I can think of are that isn't lickety-split in the recharge department and the same is true for loading/unloading program material. All said and done, I'm super-pleased with this device and yes, I use it daily.

This is so much better than my last player, and ipod nano, and 1/6th the price. Good little screen and the wheel to toggle between artists, albums or songs. No need of special software; just copy your music files to the player. I'm not loading video or photos, just music, so couldn't ask for more.

THIS IS MY SECOND COBY MP3 PLAYER AND HAVE TO SAY I AM JUST AS DISAPPOINTED IN THIS ONE AS THE LAST. I HAVE FOLLOWED THE DIRECTIONS TO MAKE A PLAY LIST WITH NO SUCCESS BUT HAVE MANAGED TO HAVE MY EARDRUMS DAMAGED IN THE PROCESS. THANKS COBY.

I love the fact that it acts just like a flash drive. I converted my ipod files to mp3 and then dragged to the Coby. 1100 songs took about 2.5 hours, but time well spent. My ipod is 4gb and I needed the extra storage for the rest of my songs from cd's. This little guy worked out great and did exactly what I needed it to do. We rode 300+ miles on our Goldwing and over an entire trip of 12 hours, the Mp620 was still going strong. Another great feature is the FM band. I received a strong and clear signal on a favorite talk radio station 30 miles away. The FM addition was not something I ever thought about using, but now really like the feature when I am cutting grass, etc. Above all was the price. I research pricing heavily before I buy a product and B&H had everyone beat hands down.
