If you're in the market for an update of Microsoft office Suite, you need to know that some of the editions may not have Publisher in the bundle. If you are trying to save some $ initally, it is probably cheaper to just buy a version that already has Publisher in the bundle. If for some reason it doesn't matter, then this will be what you need when you are ready to add this software

I am using this product to create newsletters for an organization. The older version was so much work in cutting and pasting text that people send to me for the newsletter. And, I love how the vertical and horizontal lines will appear when trying to line things up on a page! The only drawback that I see is that there are issues with trying to move text within the box (e.g. to lower the text to the bottom of the box rather than the top).

I was familiar with MS Publisher 2003, so the 2010 upgrade was easy to adjust to. The newer features are simpler and easier to use.
