The Interfit Softbox (39 x 39") is designed for use with Interfit EX and EXD flashes. This 39 x 39" (100 x 100 cm) softbox is ideal for portraits, product photography and other general photography. It includes a speed mounting ring, an internal diffuser and a removable external diffuser. It's identical to the softbox included in EXD400 kits.

I use this soft box primarily as a fill light on indoor portraiture jobs. The only negative I can think of is that the supplied speed-ring does not fit my Interfit monolight (as I assumed it would) and required a different ring at $38.95.
