Focal Professional's XS Satellite Multimedia Sound System is a high end iPod dock that's supercharged with a 70W subwoofer and two 30W satellite speakers. The slick styling and cool black and anodized aluminum finish match perfectly with many of today's sleeker computers.
Aside from docking your compatible iPod, the SX Satellite system features direct connection to your computer, and a 3.5mm mini-jack input for other audio devices. Other features of the system include remote control of volume and your docking iPod, along with syncing and charging capabilities for your Apple player.

This sound system was great until one day, it quit working. The sub always seemed to run hot; perhaps that lead to it's demise. I didn't buy it from B&H Video, which was my first mistake. When I contacted Dell to replace they said, "The 1 year warranty expired and besides, I would need to contact the manufacturer." That proved to be impossible as I was unable to speak with anyone at Focal. Buy them if you want, but I wouldn't again.

The system is excellent for what it is made for, desktop computer sound and music. It is superior to non-UBS systems and delivers good quality sound. This is not a high end stereo system, but great desktop computer system. I have no complaints at all.
